CAAM provides public access to the Supreme Court's Electronic Case File for every public case. Court proceedings, filings, orders, and judgments are public unless the Court expressly orders a document to remain confidential.

This public record is intended to support open justice, constitutional literacy, legal research, journalism, and public education.
