Case Access And Management (CAAM)
Case Access and Management (CAAM) is the official judicial platform of the Supreme Court of Eritrea. It is through CAAM that constitutional cases are commenced, heard, decided, and preserved as part of Eritrea’s developing constitutional jurisprudence. Every filing, hearing, judgment, and precedent strengthens the rule of law, contributes to public legal education, and advances the long-term development of an independent judiciary. CAAM is more than a case management system—it is where the constitutional future of Eritrea begins, one case at a time.
