Foreign Exchange and Official Reserves
Public information will include the applicable exchange-rate framework, official rates and methodology, licensed dealers, regulations, any temporary controls with reasons, aggregate reserves, adequacy reports and audited disclosures. Individual accounts, transactions, counterparties, custody, pending operations and stability-sensitive details will never be public.
No official exchange-rate framework, rate, dealer register, reserve balance or adequacy report has been issued.
This status is intentionally explicit so preparatory infrastructure cannot be mistaken for an official central-bank action.
