Consultations will preserve the draft, questions, opening and closing dates, submissions, privacy rules, Commission responses, amendments, final outcome and permanent archive.
The National Bank Establishment Proclamation is the current consultation draft; no statutory Bank consultation has been opened.
This status is intentionally explicit so preparatory infrastructure cannot be mistaken for an official central-bank action.
