Complaints and Decisions
A future secure gateway will accept authorized administrative complaints, evidence, responses, notices, hearing dates, decisions, and internal-review requests. The Commission may decide registration, nomination, accreditation, campaign-administration, and operational matters assigned by law; election petitions and criminal matters remain for competent courts and prosecuting authorities.
