Developing Practical Court Forms
The Judicial Service Commission will work to design practical litigation forms for different kinds of cases and for every level of Eritrea’s courts. Before any form is proposed for use, it should be developed through careful study of Eritrean law, court practice, the needs of court users, and the technological resources realistically available to the average person in Eritrea.
The Commission will keep the forms under continuing review and improve them through experience, consultation, and changes in law and technology. The purpose is to make interaction with the Eritrean judiciary a clear, pleasant, accessible, and efficient experience while preserving fairness and the safeguards required by law.
