Appointments and Vacancies
The Governor must be selected from the public shortlist prepared by the Independent Central Bank Selection Panel, appointed by the President and approved by the National Assembly after a public committee hearing and published report. Appointment records must distinguish applications, eligibility review, disclosures, comments, shortlisting, interviews, hearings, approval, appointment, commencement, term, vacancy, suspension, removal, recusals and archived proceedings.
